Redemption song by Amanda Coetzee

The book is about a serial killer from England called Jak’kraja, his son Badger and his girlfriend Mara. Badger grew up with his step-mother she adopted him at the age of eight- years, from an organization that helps abused women and children.

Jak’kraja was a metropolitan police officer in London. He tried to find his son by murder three innocent boys just to find his own blood. Badger likes to ride horses a lot, he was having his own one he called it Song.

What I like about the book it inspired you from the very first page, the Author Amanda Coetzee writes with verve and energy. It gives positive knowledge how the world is cursing. There was this woman Mara who played an important role by risk her life falling in love with a serial killer.

She was the eye-witness in brutal murders that Jak’kraja committed he loved her so much that’s why he did not kill her. She thought she would stop breathing. Looking back, she wished she had.

I think it’s a must have book read and pass it to someone else. What I dislike about the book is that there is too much violence, it scary myself when I’m reading it. There is that fear that comes to me. Sometimes I feel like I want to stop reading but my conscious tells me to be strong not to give up. My heart can’t stand for violence ever.

Some chapters in the book they do not connect with the previously chapter for instance chapter 7 tells you about Jak’kraja murdering the innocent boy in England of his girlfriend , at that point of time you brainstorm question on your mind what happen? Then chapter tell the following chapter tells a different kind of story in Albania. So the book left you with questions on your mind.
