Little tips here and there to help you fill up your shopping bag without breaking your budget:

Visit flee markets ALL the time- keep a look out for flee markets. Not only do you get unique items (sometimes), but they always willing to negotiate to a price that fits you, that’s if you persuade them with a smile.

The red dot or red tag-  usually when shops cut down on selected items, you’ll find a red sticker with a price change on that certain item. Always take a look around before you buy anything. This might make you look cheap but guess who is going to be singing all the way to the bank… YOU!!!

Seasonal shopping- don’t wait for seasons to change for you to do your shopping (common sense, i know) but do your winter shopping when it’s summer and summer shopping when its winter. That’s a CRAY price meltdown… Don’t you worry about trends, fashion will remain fashion. Whatever was in last term will be rocking this term or just create your own look people are bound to follow.

The social media- follow, like or join your favorite “boutique” aka shop on your social media, in this way you know what’s in new and affordable.

Being creative- buying material  is a BARGAIN, so making and designing your own clothing will absolutely give you that proud moment and keep you fashion forward. Be spicy, be unique folks will lurv it… who knows you might be unleashing a David Tlale to this world *giggles*

Go vintage- turn your mom’s old wardrobe (or even daddy) into your own fashion department. Rock up something from way back then mix it up with badges, brooches just to bring it into this century.
