”You never know what tommorow brings”, those were my thoughts as I read the confirmation e-mail that I would be joining the Live Mag team for this issue.I did not know what to expect but just determined to make the most of the opportunity presented to me.Two weeks down the line my brain felt like it had just been hit by a tsunami of information, it had gone into “sponge mode”,absorbing everything it could.

Not that I am complaining though because as a person who is into Journalism for the long run, it was very eye opening.The transition from my ”fairly” simple life to having brainstorms,pitches and editorial meetings was not an easy ask but so far so good.The diverse team at Live is one of a kind,from the laughter filled YouTube corner,serious designers,the ever on Facebook photographers and of course the seriously insane writers.

I will not mention any names for my own safety

Live Mag has opened a whole new world for me,unlocked doors whose keys I thought were long in the bottom of the ocean.
