I had the pleasure of attending ‘Vintage Nite 2013’  held at Marafco in Sunnyside, Pretoria this past weekend. The event was started by a group of cool kids called the University of Swag (UNISWA) and an up and coming fashion brand called Zookwa, in September 2012.

I was looking forward to seeing the “80’s and 90’s back for one night” like the poster promised, but was slightly disappointed that only a few people kept to the theme. Also, it seems as if it’s mostly the guys who enjoyed playing dress up contrary to what a lot of people might have thought. With that said, some people did bring their own unique twist to the outfits – kudos. Here are some of the cool looks from the night!
