POP sensation Justin Bieber has been caught on camera allegedly indulging in what looks like a weed joint.

Blighted by controversial happenings in the past, Bieber started this year on a high – literally and figuratively – and this time, it’s reported that he was in the companionship of groupies and rapper Lil Flip.
