A spectacular evening of Future Music was had as we bid farewell to The Brother Moves On & Wildebeats ahead of their performance at Roundhouse Rising Festival in the UK. The event took place on Thursday, 6 February 2014 at Kitcheners in Braamfontein, Johannesburg and the turn up was pretty amazing as the crowd loved the performances.
Brother Moves On & Wildebeats won the Future Music Rising competition and they hosted a pop up party featuring Live DJ Sets by WiLDEBEATS (CPT), DJ JAZZINMOTION (Drummer – The Brother Moves On), Goldierocks (The Selector Radio) (UK), Murder He Wrote (UK) and Skelemton (JHB)
The Selector is an international showcase for the best new music the UK has to offer and is hosted by DJ and presenter Goldierocks. The Future Music Series is part of the British Council’s Connect ZA initiative to connect young creative artists and audiences in South Africa and the UK.
