Apples: Did you know that apples are good at preventing dandruff? If you apply juice onto your scalp and add a final rinse of apple juice after shampooing also brings shine to your hair. Another way to cleanse and tone your skin is to add a cup of apple juice to your bath to bring out that smoothness to your skin.

Lemons: They are also a great help in helping healing scars, acne and dark spots. If you rub lemon skin onto your scars, acne or your dark spots it helps in healing them. For rough areas such as knees, heels and elbows rub lemon slices on them.

Papaya: Are known to be rich in Vitamin A and enzymes. Give your hands a bit of exercise and Mash the papaya and apply it onto your face. It is a great way to get rid of dead skin and giving your face that natural glow.

Peaches: Got dry skin? Try this blend of peach paste and yogurt onto your face and leave it for 2min and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Not only does it help moisturise the skin it also leaves it nice and soft.

So the next time you see these kinds of fruits, don’t put them all in your mouth but use them as skin products!
