In case you’ve been living under a rock (or in the Vaal) then you’ll know that tomorrow the Public Protector Thuli Madonsela is to reveal her findings on the Nkandla Report! Just to give you a bit of background: President Zuma allegedly spent R200 million of tax payers’ money on upgrades to his Nkandla homestead. This includes a R1 million upgrade to a kraal for his cattle (which also has a chicken run), a “fire pool” which also cost R1 million and a tuck shop for Ma Khumalo.
Zuma’s ANC goons have gone out of their way to knock the credibility of Madonseezy’s office, most recently a group of religious leaders prayed for the “demons to be cast out of her office”. They were acting in support of another one of the Public Protector’s targets, SABC Acting COO Hlaudi Motsoeneng. The report is set to drop tomorrow and Twitter being the pop culture tool it is likened the report to the most anticipated mixtape in the game! Tweeps took popular hip hop songs and turned them into references to the Nkandla Report. Here are some sneak peaks into #NkandlaReportVolume1:
