We all know our President isn’t the most well spoken world leader. Who can forget the “R939,360,000 speech”? Epic fail! We can forgive his lack of formal education but Zuma has said some stuff in his political career that we can’t let slide. Here is a collection of some of JZ’s most outrageous quotes:
