Live SA Media Skills Three-Month Training Opportunity – Johannesburg
(Only 18 to 25 year-olds can apply)

We run a 3-month media skills training programme in Johannesburg and Cape Town. All positions are expenses-only and for work experience. Transport is provided for and all content-related expenses are covered. We require a 4 day/week commitment for 3 months in Johannesburg.

All participants are offered career counselling, CV and portfolio editing, opportunities to network with and learn from relevant media industry professionals. You also gain on-the-job experience in a real working environment, creating industry-standard content for a national audience of their peers. All activities take place under the guidance of a team of media mentors, all of whom are working professionals in their respective fields.

Our family of Live SA digital platforms – website, YouTube channel, Google +, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram has helped us reach almost 15 MILLION young people in 2014 so far. Some of our former contributors have gone on to work for eTV, British Council Connect ZA, Livity Africa, 140 BBDO, SABC2, Highbury Safika Media, and Zalebs among others.
