Our Cape Town photographers went to the bustling streets of the CBD to snap a few fashionistas. Here’s what they were looking for:

“I chose to shoot these girls because they were all wearing something that’s trending. Also they all didn’t have a lot on – less is more and all of them looked elegant. Short shorts with floral prints, leather in general (this will probably be huge this winter), short (wide, big) skirts in bright colours, also bold/bright accessories (chain and bag).” – Ashleigh Swartz

“I just thought they each had something unique about them. It is their way of self-expression. Not only in what items of clothing they were wearing, but the boldness of the print. It gave a sense of their personality.” – Lisa Gabriel
