Jordin Lewis,3 is the toddler who died after seven children were  hospitalised after being exposed to toxic chemicals while playing in a field in Delft,Cape Town on Sunday.Her death has put illegal dumping in Cape Town on the spotlight.Ethel  Thsama, Grandmother of the toddler cannot wait to lay her eyes on the person responsible for her granddaughters death.”i just want Justice for my  baby and i would really like to ask there person who dumped the stuff here what they were thinking because they can see houses nearby  and why they did no go dump it in the dumping pit in Belhar because there is  a dumping pit there.Western Cape police spokesman Captain Frederick van Wyk said preliminary investigations had revealed that the chemicals included gum powder, trisodium, sodium nitrate and hydrogenated coco-clycerides..Police have opened and are investigating a case of illegal dumping of hazardous material and an inquest into the death of Jordan Lewis.
